FAQ

Wild stems, honest work, since 2014

How far in advance do I need to order for a fresh bouquet?

For a standard fresh bouquet, 48 hours is usually enough. For event florals or anything with specific colour or flower requests, we ask for at least two weeks. Dried arrangements need five days because we build them to order and some pieces need time to set properly before they travel.

Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?

We deliver within eight miles of the studio in Carmel on Tuesdays and Fridays. Outside that radius, arrangements are available for pickup Tuesday through Saturday between 9:00 and 17:00. For event work, we travel further and factor the distance into the proposal.

Can I pause or cancel my weekly subscription?

Yes. We ask for 48 hours notice before your scheduled Tuesday cut. You can pause for as many weeks as you need. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. Just send an email to hello@dune-wildflower.com and we will sort it.

What if I have an allergy to a specific flower or plant?

Tell us when you order. We work with a lot of material that can trigger reactions, particularly in dried work where pollen can linger. We will build around whatever you need to avoid. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment in the studio, but we can keep problem stems out of your arrangement.
